Zoocel — shopping starts with the pet’s needs.
An e-commerce platform combining a substantial catalogue with search, filtering, guided product discovery and a connected knowledge base.

About the project
The pet comes before the shelf.
A broad pet-care range does not always make decisions easier. The same owner may be looking for food, accessories or help with a specific need without knowing every category name.
Zoocel’s architecture connects familiar catalogue mechanisms — categories, brands, search and filters — with a guided pet quiz and editorial content. Different entry points use the same product model and converge on one purchase journey.

Solution
A search, recommendation and purchase layer.
- 01
Catalogue taxonomy
Products are organised by animal, category and brand. Search, sorting and filters operate on the same structure, keeping a large assortment navigable.
- 02
Recommendation flow
A four-step quiz captures successive criteria — the animal type and its needs — and turns them into a shorter, more useful set of recommendations.
- 03
Product model
Product pages organise variants, prices, pet profiles, purchase information and related recommendations before an item is added to the basket.
- 04
Content connected to commerce
Advice content works as another catalogue entry point: a topic or customer need can lead to the relevant part of the range without requiring a product name.
Outcome
Several entry points, one coherent catalogue.
Categories, search, filters, the guided quiz and advice content share one product logic. Visitors can change discovery method without starting over while the interface preserves the purchase context.
